Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cups Poha
  2. 2 tbsp Oil
  3. 1/2cup onion
  4. 1/2 cup chop tomato
  5. 1/2 cup boiled corn
  6. 1/2 cup boiled peas
  7. 3 green chilli chop
  8. 15 curry leaves
  9. 1/4 cup capsicum
  10. Salt according to taste
  11. 1/2 tbsp haldi
  12. 1/2 TBSP RED CHILLI POWDER
  13. 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  14. 1/2 tbsp mustard seeds

Instructions

  1. Take a strainer add poha into it and wash it under the tap.
  2. Take a pan put oil than add mustard seed sautey it for 2 minutes .when mustard seed start cracking add curry leaves and again sautey.
  3. Now add all vegetables one by one and sautey 2,2minutes.
  4. Now add all masala in vegetables mixture like salt, pepper and Haldhi and mix them all material
  5. Lastly add poha and again mix them
  6. Serve hot
