Ingredients to make Corn poha

  • Poha 2 cup
  • corn boil 1/2 cup
  • salt to taste
  • lemon juice 1/2 spoon
  • coriander leaves chopped
  • water as required
  • mustard seeds 1/4 spoon
  • cumin seeds 1/4 spoon
  • asafoetida a pinch

How to make Corn poha

  1. Take a poha .washed it.
  2. Then put aside for 10 minutes.
  3. Then boil the corn.
  4. In a pan add oil.add cumin seeds and mustard seed.
  5. Then add Asafoetida.
  6. Add corn . And poha mix well.
  7. Then add lemon juice,salt and coriander leaves.
  8. Serve hot.

My Tip:

Serve with tea.
