Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1cup rice rawa
  2. 1/4 cup soaked poha
  3. 1/4 cup soaked urad dal
  4. Salt
  5. Water

Instructions

  1. First, take a blender take all ingredients and blend them with little water.
  2. Keep this batter in a warm place for 8 hours .
  3. Then mix the batter and take 1 tablespoon of batter in each mould of idli stand.
  4. Steam over medium heat 12 to 14 minutes.
  5. Serve hot with chutney or sambhar
