Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. One cup thick poha
  2. 1.5 cup idli rava
  3. Two cups curds
  4. salt
  5. eno salt half tea spoon

Instructions

  1. Wash poha
  2. soak in curds for fifteen minutes
  3. Wash idli rava and allow it to soak
  4. Mix idli rava, soaked poha , salt and eno salt
  5. pour the batter on greased idli plate and steam for seven minutes
  6. Fluffy idlis are ready to serve along with chutny and sambar
