Ingredients to make Idli Poha

  • 6 idli (small chopped)
  • 1 medium onions (chopped)
  • 1 tomato (chopped)
  • Half capsicum (chopped)
  • Half spoon mustard seeds
  • Small pieces cauliflower (chopped) - 1/2 cup
  • curry leaves - 12
  • 1/4 spoon coriander powder
  • 1/4 spoon red chilli powder
  • lemon according to taste
  • ground nuts [roasted] - 2 tbsp
  • oil
  • Green chilli according to taste

How to make Idli Poha

  1. Take a kadahi put some amount of oil. let the oil heat after heating put mustard seeds,Curry leaves let the color of the mustard seeds change. Put onions saute it for few second let the color change to golden.
  2. Now add capsicum,cauliflower,saute it with salt. After few second capsicum and cauliflower will be half cooked now it time to add all spices. Cook it for few second.After this add tomatoes and cook for few second. add lemon and saute it well.
  3. After this add idli, cook it for few second. take out from kadai in a plate decorate with ground nuts and sev.
  4. Now it is ready to eat...

My Tip:

You can add garlic also
