Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. atta
  2. butter
  3. milk
  4. cinnamon
  5. seasonal veggies or veggies of your choice
  6. mushrooms
  7. beans
  8. peas
  9. carrot
  10. capsicum
  11. baby corn
  12. bell peppers
  13. parmesan cheese
  14. Salt
  15. Pepper
  16. garlic

Instructions

  1. chop all veggies
  2. peel and smash garlic
  3. sauté the veggies and smashed garlic in a tablespoon of olive oil. add salt and pepper to taste. keep aside.
  4. in another pan melt butter, add atta and cook till I starts browning. add milk till the desired consistency is achieved. add a pinch of cinnamon as that secret ingredient.
  5. in a baking dish, start layering the veggies and white sauce. between each layer grate some parmesan.
  6. bake until golden and bubbling.

Hi your recipe looks good not you have not mentioned the measurement of the ingredients which is the key aspects of the good dish
