Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. For pakoda...
  2. 1/2 cup Singhara Flour
  3. 2 medium size potatoes
  4. 1 teaspoon green chillies and ginger paste
  5. 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
  6. Rock salt to taste
  7. Oil for Deep frying
  8. For chutney.....
  9. 2 medium sized chopped tomato
  10. 10-12 Ajwain leaves
  11. 4 green chillies
  12. 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  13. 1/2 inch ginger
  14. 1 teaspoon rock salt

Instructions

  1. Washed and peel potatoes, cut medium thin slices
  2. Add them to water and set aside
  3. Take a bowl ,add singhara flour, chilli ginger paste cumin seeds and rock salt
  4. Add enough water and make a medium thik batter
  5. Heat oil in a kadhai
  6. Dip each slice in the batter and drop hot oil
  7. Keep starring and fry until golden and crispy
  8. Drain them to kitchen tissue.
  9. For chutney.....
  10. Add all ingredients into the mixer jar
  11. Now grind it , falahari chutney is ready
  12. Serve singhara potato pakoda tea time with chutney
