This is very tasty and healthy dish and very easy to make .

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Millet (bajra ) flour 1cup
  2. Jaggery grated 1,1/2 cup or to taste
  3. Pure ghee 1/4 cup
  4. Chopped dryfruits 2tbsp
  5. Rosted Grated coconut 1tbsp


  1. First we will make jaggery syrup .for it sift the grated Jaggery in a pan add 1 cup water in it . cook it until Jaggery fully melted and then switch off the flame .
  2. Put the pure ghee in a wok and heat it now put millet flour it and roast on slow flame.
  3. When comes nice aroma and colour become little dark add jaggery and cook it until become thick .
  4. Now add 1tbsp dry Fruits and roasted coconut and mix well . Millet flour halwa is ready .when serve garnish with remaining dryfruits .
