Bajra flour/ Pearl millet flour helps to lower blood cholesterol levels in our body. It is also a low-fat fibre food.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 cup bajra flour(millet flour)
  2. Salt as required
  3. Water as required
  4. 3/4 cup Peas boiled
  5. 1/2 tbsp Paneer crumbled
  6. 1 tsp chopped coriander
  7. 1 green chilli chopped
  8. 1 tomato chopped
  9. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  10. Few drops of Oil for shallow frying

Instructions

  1. For dough take bajra flour, add salt and water and make dough.Keep aside
  2. Take a large bowl now add crushed peas, paneer , tomato, chillies, coriander , salt. And keep aside.
  3. Now make 2 small chapati with the bajra dough and put some stuffing on one chapati and cover it with another chapati.
  4. Make design with fork on the corners of the kachori.
  5. Now cook kachori on nonstick pan with few drops of oil. And serve it with green chutney.
