Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup Rice flour
  2. 1 cup luke warm water
  3. 1/4 tea spoon ajwain
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Oil to fry


  1. Put water in rice flour add salt and ajwain knead it light
  2. Keep it aside for 5 minutes
  3. Now knead once again till it becomes a pliable dough
  4. Now take a lemon size ball dough, flatten it with the help of polythene sheet, slip the puri in hot oil and let it brown on both sides
  5. Serve it with accompaniment of your choice
