This is a recipe of a delicious and easy halwa , made with rice flour.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Water filtered from cooked rice 2 cups
  2. Sugar 1/2 cup
  3. Raw rice flour 1/2 cup
  4. Ghee 3 table spoon
  5. Cashew 10 number


  1. In a bowl mix the strained water and rice flour and mix well
  2. In a pan cook it till semi thick
  3. Add sugar and cook again
  4. Stir constantly
  5. Add ghee
  6. Fry cashew in ghee in another pan
  7. When the halwa starts leaving the sides add some ghee and mix well
  8. In a greased plate spread this halwa and add cashews and let it cool
  9. Cut into pieces and serve
