Ingredients to make Ragi Cookies

  • Ragi powder 25grams
  • flour 75grams
  • Milk pdr. 5grams
  • Margarine 30grams
  • butter 10 grams
  • Vanilla Essence 1teaspoon
  • Baking pdr. 1grams
  • ABC 0.5grams
  • salt 0.2grams
  • Grain sugar 50grams

How to make Ragi Cookies

  1. Sieve the flr. along with milk pdr., ragi flour and baking pdr.
  2. Cream margarine till soft and add ABC and salt dissolved in water.
  3. Add butter and vanilla essence to the creamed margarine and mix well.
  4. Add sugar and mix roughly.
  5. Add flour and mix well and also add required ref. oil and roll round pieces and arrange on baking trays.
  6. Bake at 160 deg. temp. for 20 minutes.
