Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Boiled rice
  2. butter
  3. Onions
  4. capsicum
  5. Tomato
  6. Boiled potatoes
  7. Boiled green peas
  8. Coriander leaves
  9. Pavbajji masala
  10. Red chilly powder
  11. Ginger Garlic Paste
  12. Jeera
  13. Salt
  14. Water


  1. Boil rice
  2. Boil potatoes
  3. Boil green peas
  4. Take a pan add big dice of butter and let it melt
  5. Now add jeera and onions don't let onions to become brown
  6. Add ginger garlic paste and fry nicely
  7. Now add capsicum to it fry nicely until it get soften
  8. Once capsicum is cooked well add lot of tomatos to it which are finely chopped and add lot of coriander to it
  9. Add 2spoons of pavbajji masala and mix it well. Add red chilli powder and salt and saute for 2mins and mix well
  10. Add boiled diced potatoes and green peas to it mix well and saute for 5mins
  11. Now add 1tsp of water to it and mix it
  12. Add boiled rice and mix gently wit two spoons and garnish with coriander
