Ingredients to make Tea time cake

  • flour /maida -2cups
  • Baking powder- 1teaspoon
  • baking soda -1/2 teaspoon
  • Icing sugar-1/2 cup
  • Condensed milk- 1/2 tin
  • butter amul -250 grams
  • Tutti fruti - 1/2 cup

How to make Tea time cake

  1. Preheat oven 180 degree centigrade
  2. Combine flour, baking powder and baking soda in bowl; mix well. Add tutti fruti.
  3. Beat butter in another bowl until creamy.add condensed milk and mix it.
  4. Again add icing sugar and mix it gently.
  5. Cake batter has to be light and fluffy
  6. Add tutti fruti and fold the batter .
  7. Pour in to the prepared pan and bake it in preheated oven 180 degree centigrade 35-40 minutes
  8. Check the loaf with tooth pick to see if it is done.
  9. Serve it with tea time tea or coffee.
