ABOUT STUFFED GUJIYA DAHI BHALLE (USING 2 TYPE STUFFING) RECIPE

I used two types of stuffing one is dryfruit second is matter filling. Baccho ko gujiya shape hmesha attract krti ha. bhalle khane me bhut soft and tasty hote ha. ye koi bhi meal ko complete krte ha.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Soaked urad dal (soaked atleast 5 hours or overnight) 1 cup
  2. for first filling... 2 teaspoon grated fresh coconut
  3. Chopped kaju 2 teaspoon
  4. Chopped raisin 2 teaspoon
  5. Finely chopped adruk 1 teaspoon
  6. Chopped green chilli 1
  7. Coriander leaves 2 teaspoon
  8. little salt
  9. second filling... 2 tablespoon boiled matter
  10. Chopped cauliflower 2 tablespoon
  11. Chopped adruk 1 teaspoon
  12. Chopped green chilli 1
  13. Jeera 1/4 teaspoon
  14. Red chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon
  15. Salt little
  16. for dahi bhala... 1 cup chilled dahi( beaten)
  17. Chopped boiled aalu 2 tablespoon
  18. Chopped tomato 2 teaspoon
  19. Bundi 2 tablespoon
  20. Imli chutney 2 teaspoon
  21. Pinch roasted jeera
  22. Pinch (black salt, black pepper, red chilli powder) u can add more spices as u like
  23. Sev any 1 teaspoon
  24. Coriander leaves 2 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Grind the dal in thick and smooth paste using 2-3 teaspoon water.
  2. Take out paste in bowl and whisk it with hands till fluffy.
  3. In another big katori mix all ingredients mention for first filling.
  4. In pan heat 1 teaspoon oil add jeera saute till cracking add matter, gobi and all ingredients and cook till dry and mashy.
  5. Heat oil in kadai, meanwhile take a plastic transparent sheet grease with water pour 2 tablespoon paste of dal and spread with hand in small moon. Place 2 tsp of filling at half side and cover with half one like gujiya and fry it at medium heat.
  6. Repeat the process and make all gujiya bhallas with both filling.
  7. Meanwhile take 3 glass of water in another bowl add 2 teaspoon salt and mix. Soak all bhallas in this water for 20 - 30 minutes.
  8. Squeeze out gently all bhala and keep aside.
  9. For dahi bhalla when u want to serve add bhala in dahi for 10 minutes.
  10. Take a plate decorate soaked 2 bhala pour more dahi, put aalu, tomatoes, chutney, sprinkle all masalas and decorate with coriander leaves and sev. Enjoy and happy cooking
