Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Sweet Pumpkin 250 grams
  2. Coconut milk
  3. Salt to taste
  4. For seasoning Moremozhakai
  5. Hing
  6. curry leaves

Instructions

  1. Add water. Add chopped pumpkin. Add salt
  2. Close with a lid to cook sweet pumpkin
  3. Prepare fresh coconut milk
  4. Add coconut milk and boil for 5 mins on low flame
  5. Prepare seasoning with coconut oil, mormozhakai, hing and curry leaves. Add seasoning and mix well
  6. Serve with Rice
