Apple Cider

Ingredients to make Apple Cider

  • 1 orange
  • 10 apples
  • 4 litres of water
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 4 cloves, grounded
  • A dash of nutmeg, grounded

How to make Apple Cider

  1. Wash the orange and apples and peel them. Cut slices of these fruits and place them in a cooking utensil/slow cooker. Add in the cinnamon stick and grounded ingredients.
  2. Pour in the 4 litres of water into this utensil, lower the heat and let it simmer and cook for 8 hours.
  3. Before serving, make sure to strain the apples and spices with the help of a strainer.
  4. Serve hot for best taste.
