ABOUT Paneer noodles RECIPE

A quick weekend idea, Chinese dish time saving also, you can use any veggies on your wish here i used paneeer , green capsicum carrot.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Water as per requirement
  2. Refind oil
  3. Noodles 2 pack
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Chopped garlic 1/2 teaspoon
  6. Green chillies chopped -1/2 teaspoon
  7. Veggies like green capsicum , carrot onion
  8. Paneer cube 1/2 cup
  9. 1/2 tsp pepper powder

Instructions

  1. Boil noodles in water with few drops of oil
  2. Drain and rinse well under cold water
  3. In a pan few drops of oil add chopped garlic green chillies and onion satue on high flame
  4. Add the veggies and fry half done
  5. Add salt and soya sauce mix well again toss it and add boil noodles and toss perfectly on high flame
  6. Add panner cubes and sprinkle pepper powder.toss well
  7. Serve hot with coke / mockatils
