Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Bread slices 8-10
  2. Cheese grated 2 tablespoon (mozzarella cheese or amul cheese cube)
  3. Sweetcorn 1/2 cup(boiled and frozen)
  4. onion 2 large (finely chopped)
  5. capsicum 1 big(finely chopped)
  6. Oregano 1 teaspoon
  7. chilli flakes 1 teaspoon
  8. butter 1 teaspoon
  9. Black pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
  10. tomato Ketchup 2 teaspoon
  11. oil for deep frying
  12. salt to taste
  13. water as required

Instructions

  1. Heat butter in a pan and add onion, capsicum and sweetcorn and saute them.
  2. Now add oregano, chilli flakes, salt and pepper and mix well and let it cool.
  3. Now add grated cheese and tomato ketchup mix it.
  4. Take a piece of bread slice and soak it in water for few seconds and squeeze it properly.
  5. Take a small portion of stuffing and put it in between the squeezed bread and fold it by pressing it and give a shape of cutlet.
  6. Deep fry them on medium flame and enjoy with ketchup.
