  • oil....3 teaspoon
  • salt....1/2 teaspoon
  • water as required
  • FILLING...........
  • Crushed green peas.....1/2 cup
  • salt to taste.
  • oil....1 teaspoon
  • saunf powder....1 teaspoon
  • red chilli powder....1 teaspoon
  • ghee for frying
  • CHUTNEY.......
  • mint leaves....1 cup
  • Goose berry...2
  • Black salt...1/2 teaspoon
  • Bhuna jeera powder....1/2 teaspon
  • lemon juice....2 teaspoon
  • jaggery....1 teaspoon
  • water....3 teaspoon
  • Garnish....tomato ketchup

How to make Green peas Shahi Kachori

  1. Mix all dough ingredients and make hard dough with water. Cover with moist cloth and keep for ten minutes.
  2. Take a kadhai. Add oil. Put crushed peas, salt ,red chilli powder and saunf powder. Cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Take a heavy kadhai. Put ghee for frying. Make balls .Put filling and make perfect ball without cracks.
  4. Fry all on medium heat.
  5. For chutney, crush all chutney ingredients. Take out in a bowl.
  6. Serve piping hot kachoris with mint chutney and ketchup.
  7. Festive delight is ready to be served and savoured.

My Tip:

Dough should not be loose.
