Ingredients to make Boondi

  • Gramflour 2 cup
  • sugar 2 cup
  • Chopped almond 2 teaspoon
  • pista 1 teaspoon
  • cardamom powder 1 teaspoon
  • oil 1 teaspoon
  • Pinch of yellow colour
  • ghee for deep fry

How to make Boondi

  1. Add 2 cup gramflour and 1/2 cup of water in a bowl and make a smooth batter.
  2. Add 1 spoon oil in it and keep it aside for 15 minute
  3. Now add 2 cup of water in 2 cup sugar and boil it and make 2 thread chasni.
  4. Add yellow colour and keep aside for 30 minutes.
  5. Heat the pan and take a sieve and make boondi with the help of sieve.
  6. Fry these till become light brown.
  7. Now we will take it out.and add into the chasni and leave it for 30 min.
  8. Now boondi is ready to serve.

My Tip:

Fry on medium flame.
