Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Besan (gram flour) 2 cups
  2. Ghee 1 cup
  3. Cardamom powder 1/2 teaspoon
  4. Sugar powder 1 1/2 cup
  5. Dry fruits chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Melt ghee into a pan.
  2. Add besan and mix well and cook on low flame stir occasionally until it become golden brown and gives lovely Aroma .
  3. When it completely become golden brown then off the gas and add chopped dry fruits and mix cardamom powder.
  4. Let it cool .
  5. When it cool down at room temperature add sugar powder nd completely mix with hands .
  6. Now make Laddus with your hands .
  7. Laddus are ready to eat.
