Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 cup maida
  2. 1 tablespoon curd
  3. 1/8 teaspoon salt
  4. 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  5. 1&1/2 teaspoon ghee
  6. 1 cup sugar
  7. 1/2 cup water
  8. 1 teaspoon chopped pistachio
  9. 1&1/2 cup ghee for fry

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl add maida
  2. Add curd
  3. Add baking powder
  4. Add ghee
  5. Add salt
  6. Add required water
  7. And make soft Daugh
  8. Rest it for 10 min.
  9. Now make small size balls from Daugh
  10. Press in the balls with the help of finger
  11. Now in a pan heat the ghee
  12. Add balls in it
  13. Fry on slow flame till became light and golden both sides
  14. Now in a pan add sugar
  15. Add water
  16. Make one string sugar syrup
  17. Put the fried balushahi in sugar syrup for 2 min.
  18. Now put Balushahi in the serving dish
  19. Garnish with chopped pista
