Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 250 gm paneer
  2. 4 onions
  3. 2 tomatoes
  4. 2 green chilly
  5. 1tsp gg paste.
  6. 2 capsicum
  7. Salt to taste
  8. 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
  9. 2 small cardamom
  10. 1tsp kitchen king masala
  11. 1tsp kasoori methi.
  12. 1/4tsp turmeric powder.
  13. 1tsp kashmiri lal mirch.
  14. 4tsp oil
  15. 1tbs butter

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a karahi.
  2. Add jeera, chotti ilaichi.
  3. Nw put onions and cook till golden brown.
  4. Add tomatoes and gg paste.
  5. Cook 5 minutes.
  6. Now let it rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Grind it in mixer jar with 4tsp water.
  8. Now put it in karahi
  9. Add butter n capsicum.
  10. Season it with salt and all the masalas
  11. Put 1 cup water and boil it.
  12. Add paneer cubes and stir well.
  13. Add kasoori methi
  14. Garnish with green coriander leaves.
  15. Serve with Naan or Parantha.
