Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Rice flour 4 cups
  2. Water 3 cups
  3. Pottukadalai(roasted gram flour) 1 cup
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Hing or garlic paste or saunf powder whichever u like
  6. Chilli powder 2 tsp or as per taste
  7. Soaked Channa dal

Instructions

  1. Boil water and add chilli powder, salt, and whatever flavour u choose. Add the soaked Channa Sal( soaked for 10 mins). Switch off flame and add rice flour and roasted gram flour and cover with a lid. At this point consistency should appear dry. when cool mix well, make into small balls, flatten using a poori press or a katori , prick a little with fork and deep fry on both sides until golden brown
