Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4 Onion, Medium Size Finely Sliced
  2. Fresh Garlic 50g
  3. Fresh Ginger 25g
  4. Tomato 200g
  5. Potato 300g
  6. Bay leaves 3-4
  7. 1 Spoon cumin seeds
  8. Cardamom 4-5
  9. Cinnamon 1 small piece
  10. Whole Red Chilli 6-7 Piece

Instructions

  1. ALL INGREDIENTS
  2. CLEAN AND WASH CHICKEN WELL.DRAIN COMPLETELY WITH NO EXCESS WATER
  3. SKINNED POTATOES, CHOPPED
  4. HEAT OIL
  5. FRY POTATOES
  6. ADD SOMESALT AND TURMERIC
  7. ADD IT TO A BLENDER, ALONG WITH 1.ONION,GINGER,GARLIC,WHOLE RED CHILLI,CINNAMON,CARDAMOM,CUMIN SEEDS ADD VERY LITTLE WATER AND MAKE IT INTO A FINE PUREE.
  8. SAUTE BAY LEAF AND ONION
  9. SAUTE FOR 5 MINUTES, OR UNTIL THE ONIONS ARE SOFTENED.
  10. ADD CHICKEN PIECES.
  11. CHICKEN PIECES AND TURN AROUND TILL THEY LOOK A LITTLE COOK.ADD ONION PASTE
  12. ADD THE TURMERIC,SALT AND KASHMIRI CHILLI POWDER
  13. CHICKEN HALF DONE THEN ADD POTATO AND TOMATO
  14. MIX WELL LOWER THE HEAT AND COOK COVERED CHICKEN TILL SOFT AND TENDER
  15. SERVE HOT GARNISHED WITH THE CORIANDER LEAVES.VOLLA
