                  Soyabeans or mealmaker are very nutritious with lots of protein in it. Normally soyabeans are not liked by anyone but when I make this recipe with soyabeans then it is liked by my family. I make this recipe like we make mutton kosha. Healthy, Tasty and a comfort food in a meal for all.
                          Delicious.
      
          
                      Marinate Soyabeans with all the ingredients except coriander leaves, Ghee, jeera seeds, cinnamon , cardamom, cloves and cooking oil. Keep the marinate for 15 -20 minutes.
                      In a kadai heat the cooking oil and temper some whole garam masala ( cinnamon, cardamom, jeera, cloves, pepper)
                      Add the marinated soyabeans in it and sauté till the oil separates from the masalas.
                      Add 2 cups of water and boil till all the vegetables are cooked and become a gravy
                      Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and ghee
