Chili soyabean is a delicious side dish which is perfectly appropriate for a party or any special occasion. Chili soyabean is basically a deep fry cottage mixed with the flavorful spices, sauces, chilies, onions, ginger, garlic and green bell peppers. No one can say no to this lip smacking appetizer. Chili soyabean is delicious as well as healthy because soyabean is a good source of protein, vitamin B and minerals. This dish is liked by the people of every age group and it can be prepared by both the ways, dry as well as with gravy. You can find this amazing and lip smacking dish at almost every restaurant and can also prepare it at your home. From the better butter recipes you can easily know how to make Chili soyabean. Chili soyabean pairs well with vegetable fried rice or hakka noodles.

Chilly Soyabean

Ingredients to make Chilly Soyabean

  • 2 cups soyabean
  • 1,large onion cut in cubes
  • 1 large capsicum cut in cubes
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 2 green chillies silt lenghwise
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp green chilly sauce
  • 4-5 tbsp tomato Ketchup
  • 2-3 tbsp red chilly sauce
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • salt as required
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Ajinomoto - a pinch (optional)
  • oil for frying
  • For Marination:Soya Chunks boiled and excess water.squeezed out
  • 1 tbsp ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 tbsp red chilli powder
  • 3 tbsp corn flour

How to make Chilly Soyabean

  1. Mix all the marination ingredients and set aside. Heat oil in a frying pan, once it is hot, add in the soya and toss well in the oil. Cook till it is golden. Remove it to a plate.
  2. Now in the remaining oil, add in onions, ginger garlic paste and saute for couple of mins. Add in capsicum, chillies and saute for another couple of mins. Add in sugar, salt, ajinomoto(if using) and all the sauces and mix well. Cook this for 5 mins or so.
  3. Add in fried soya and toss well in the sauce. Cook this for couple of mins. Add in spring onions and toss once. Serve with pulav or anything.
