Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Soyabean 1 cup
  2. Corn flour 2 spoon
  3. Onion 2
  4. Capsicum 1
  5. Green chilli 2
  6. Salt as per ur taste
  7. Green coriander
  8. Soya sauce 1 spoon
  9. Tomato sauce 2 spoon
  10. Chilli sauce 1 spoon
  11. Vinegar 1 spoon
  12. Oil
  13. Ginger crushed 1 spoon
  14. Garlic crushed 1 spoon


  1. Soaked soyabean and squeeze off the excess water from the chunks.
  2. Cut all vegetables and keep aside. Crushed ginger and garlic.
  3. Add them in bowl mixing with Corn flour, green chilli and salt.
  4. Heat a kadai and fry chunks in medium heat until golden and crisp
  5. Remove them to kitchen tissue. Set them aside.
  6. Heat oil in a pan and put crushed ginger, green chilli and garlic and saute it. Add onion saute it for 2 minutes. Now add capsicum and saute it.
  7. Add soya sauce, tomato sauce, chilli sauce and vinegar
  8. When sauce thicken add soya chunks in it and mix well.
  9. Garnish Soya Manchurian with green coriander.
