ABOUT Manchurian Sticks RECIPE

It is a great all time crunchy snack enjoyed by kids especially.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup wheat flour
  2. 1/2 cup besan
  3. 1/2 cup rice flour
  4. 1 packet Ching's Manchurian masala
  5. Oil for deep frying + 2 tbsp oil
  6. 2 tsp sesame seeds
  7. 1 tsp chaat masala
  8. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix Ching Manchurian masala in one cup of boiling water to make a smooth paste and keep it aside for cooling.
  2. Take a bowl and add all the three flours in it.Add salt,2 tbsp oil,sesame seeds,Manchurian masala paste and make a smooth and stiff dough.The dough should be non sticky.
  3. Put the dough in the chakli mould and make it in stick shape form on a paper.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the sticks on moderate heat.Remove the sticks on paper.On cooling sprinkle chaat masala.
  5. Store it in an airtight container.
