Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 medium sweet potatoes
  2. Salt and pepper to taste
  3. Oil for frying


  1. Clean and peel sweet potatoes. Slice them thinly. Keep it in water to avoid discoloration as you slice. Once done drain water
  2. Add fresh salted water and let it sit for 30 minutes. Drain it and gently dry it
  3. Heat oil in a wok. Fry them in batches don't overcrowd the chips in pan. It should be crisp and browned from edges. Always cook on medium flame
  4. Keep it on absorbent towel to absorb excess oil. While it's still warm, sprinkle pepper or masalas for additional taste. Toss the dish after you sprinkle. Crunchy chips are ready
