Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Rajgira aata 2 tablespoon
  2. Singhada ka aata 2 tablespoon
  3. Grated Cucumber 1 to 2 cups
  4. Red chilly powder 1 teaspoon
  5. Rock salt / table salt to taste
  6. Jeera 1 teaspoon
  7. Chopped green chilly 1
  8. Chopped coriander 1 tablespoon
  9. Roasted crushed peanuts 2 teaspoon


  1. Take all ingredients in a mixing bowl
  2. Mix well
  3. Sprinkle very little water and knead a soft dough
  4. Prepare Thalipith by giving shape with hands only ,just like thick chapati and make a hole in centre
  5. Heat a non stick pan and cook Thalipith
  6. Add some ghee/ oil from the hole and turn when done from one side
  7. Cook from both sides
  8. Cook till crisp and golden brown from both sides
  9. Serve hot with curd or Green chutney
  10. Enjoy Fasting Feasting
