ABOUT APPE BALLS RECIPE

Appe balls very easy to make and very healthy for any age group In this recipe lit of veggies used along with samolina and curd.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup samolina
  2. 1 cup finely chopped mix vegetables like onions, carrots, tomato, bellpaper etc
  3. 2 tbsp curd
  4. 1 tsp chopped adruk
  5. 1 tsp chopped chillies
  6. 1 tsp mustard seeds
  7. 1/2 tsp red chilly powder
  8. salt as pr taste
  9. 7-8 kadi leaves
  10. 1/2 tsp baking soda
  11. 1 appe pan
  12. oil as needed

Instructions

  1. In a bowl mix all ingredients exept baking powder and make thick batter by using little water.
  2. Heat appe pan and grease with little oil
  3. Add baking soda n mix whenever you want to make
  4. pour 1 tbsp of batter and cook for 2 minutes
  5. Flipp another side with wooden stick
  6. cook for 2 minutes more or golden brown
  7. Enjoy hot with tomato sauce
