ABOUT Lemongrass Herbal Breezer RECIPE

The health benefits of lemongrass include relief from stomach disorders, insomnia, respiratory disorders, fever, aches, infections and rheumatism. Lemongrass is also effective in treating type 2 diabetes, cancer, and obesity, while also aiding in detoxification. It also helps to combat fatigue and anxiety.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Lemongrass stalks 2
  2. ginger 1 inch piece
  3. Juice of 1 lemon
  4. Jaggery- 1 big piece
  5. Rock salt- 1 tsp
  6. Jaggery- 1 big piece


  1. Take a pan. Fill it with water(around 3 glasses). Put in lemongrass (chop lemongrass with kitchen scissors) into it.
  2. Boil it for around 5 minutes. Now add in jaggery. Stir continuously till the jaggery melts. Then turn off the flame. Cool and strain in a jar.
  3. Make juice of the ginger. Pour this juice into the lemongrass and jaggery mix. Now add in the juice of 1 lemon and rock salt. Give it a stir.
  4. Place this in the fridge for around 3-4 hours.
  5. Serve it chilled to enjoy!
