Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. For Kala jamun- Paneer 200gm
  2. Mawa 50gm
  3. Semolina 1 tsp
  4. All purpose flour 1 tsp
  5. Cardamom powder 1 tsp
  6. Sugar 2 cup
  7. water 4 cup
  8. For rasgulla- Paneer from 1/2 ltr milk
  9. Custard powder 2 tsp
  10. Milk 1/2 ltr
  11. Sugar 5 tsp


  1. Make a dough of paneer, maida, suji,baking powder & cardamom powder.
  2. Make balls for kala jamun.
  3. Fry it in medium flame till the jamuns turn dark brown.
  4. Make sugar syrup & boil the jamuns in it for 10 minutes in high flame.
  5. Make mini rasgulla .
  6. Boil it in sugar syrup for 10 minutes.
  7. Now make custard adding custard powder.
  8. Now decoration time.Take a trey fill it with custard.Put kalajamun in it.Cut the top of the jamuns & put mini rasgullas on the top of jamuns.Sprinkle almond dust & keep it in fridge.
  9. After half an hour serve it chilled.
