Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 500 gms boiled baby potato
  2. 1-2 tbsp corn flour
  3. 1/2 tbsp red chili powder
  4. 12 flat puris
  5. oil to fry
  6. salt to taste
  7. tamarind chutney 1 tsp
  8. green chutney 1 tsp
  9. Red garlic chutney 1 tsp
  10. 1 bowl nylon sev
  11. 1 small bowl Finely chopped onion
  12. 1 small bowl Finely chopped tomatoes
  13. Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
  14. 1/2 lemon
  15. Finely chopped green coriander leaves
  16. Roasted masala chana dal
  17. pomegranate seeds 2 tbsp


  1. Sprinkle corn flour, red chili powder and salt to taste on the boiled baby potatoes. mix it well.
  2. Fry these in a heated oil on a medium heat till it turns golden and crispy.
  3. Now take some fried baby potatoes in a serving plate. add some tamarind chutney, green chutney and red garlic chutney.
  4. Sprinkle some nylon sev just enough to cover it. Sprinkle some chopped onions and tomatoes.
  5. Take 2 flat puris. break it roughly with your fingers and sprinkle it. garnish with coriander leaves and pomegranate seeds.squeeze some lemon droplets on it. sprinkle some chaat masala.
  6. Baby potato chaat is ready. different way to treat your family and friends.
