ABOUT Baby Potato Manchurian RECIPE

This is a delicious recipe of manchurian made with with baby potatoes. A perfect snack and a side dish with noodles or fried rice.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 bowl baby potato
  2. 1 chopped onion
  3. 200 gms paneer cut into small cubes
  4. 2 tblspn besan
  5. 2 greenchillies slit
  6. 1 tspn garlic powder
  7. 1 tspn salt
  8. 1/2 tspn black pepper
  9. 1 tspn green chilli sauce
  10. 1/2 tspn soy sauce
  11. 1/2 tspn vinegar
  12. 1 tblspn tomato ketchup
  13. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. First of all boil baby potatoes and peel them.
  2. Now take besan in a mixing bowl, add salt and, red chilli powder.
  3. Now add 2 tblspn water and make a fine paste.
  4. Now dip all the potatoes in the paste and drop one by one in the heating oil.
  5. Deep fry from both the sides and when they turn brown and crisp, then remove from the oil on the tissue paper.
  6. For gravy, take a kadai and heat 2 tspn oil in it.
  7. Now add onions and green chillies.
  8. Saute it for 2 mins.
  9. Now add soy sauce, ketchup, salt, vinegar, green chillie sauce and black pepper to it.
  10. Mix it and add little bit water to it.
  11. Now add all the fried baby potatoes and cover it with the lid for 5 mins.
  12. After that, add all the cubed paneer to it and mix it.
  13. Now transfer it to the plate and serve hot.
