Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1-Baby corn, cleaned and cut into long pieces_ 12 nos
  2. 2-chilli powder_ half tsp
  3. 3-salt required
  4. 4-cornflour n maida_ 2 tbsp each
  5. 5-Chillie sauce_1 tbsp
  6. 6-Soya sauce_ 2 tbsp
  7. 7-tomato sauce_ 3 tbsp
  8. 8-pepper powder_ 1 tsp
  9. 9-ginger garlic paste_ 1 tsp
  10. 10-onion diced_ one big
  11. 11- capsicum cubed_ one medium
  12. 12-chopped gingr ,garlic,n green chillie_ one tbsp together
  13. 13-spring onions to garnish
  14. 14-any vegetable oil to fry

Instructions

  1. 1. Take the baby corn pieces in a vessel,add salt, chillie powder,corn flour,maida,lil soya sauce, ggpaste, add lil water ,mix well n deep fry , keep aside
  2. 2 In a pan,add 2 tbsp of oil,add the chopped garlic, gingr n green chillie,saute well,then add half tsp ggpaste,diced onion, capsicum,fry well everything,then add salt, pepper powder,all the sauces, mix well everything,on a high flame.
  3. 3 If you want gravy, add one tsp corn flour mixed in half cup water,to the above mix, when it boils,add the fried baby corn pieces,let it boil for 2 minutes on a low flame, switch off the flame n garnish with spring onions.
