Baby corn bombs

Ingredients to make Baby corn bombs

  • Baby corn 200gms
  • Half tsp salt
  • ginger garlic paste half tsp
  • turmeric half tsp
  • chilli powder half tsp
  • Garm masala half tsp
  • cornstarch 1tsp
  • Baby corn coat:: boiled mashed potatoes 4
  • Half tsp garam masala
  • Half tsp cumin powder
  • Half tsp salt
  • Half tsp chilli powder
  • 1cup coriander leaves
  • Half cup cornstarch
  • Daniya powder half tsp
  • oil as need
  • 1cup bread grams

How to make Baby corn bombs

  1. Boil water add half tsp salt put baby boil as 5 min
  2. Once soften drain water kee a side baby corn
  3. Take a bowl put all seasoning add 2tsp oil mix well add boiled baby corn mix well it should marinate 15min it binds the flavours
  4. Heat the pan pour 2 tsp for shallow fri baby corn
  5. Once it fried roasted turn off take out to the plate
  6. Take a bowl for baby corn coating::put boiled smashed potato add all seasoning
  7. Add coriander,cornstarch on it mix well
  8. Mix well make a coat doe take small doe to place fried baby corn covered potato masala
  9. Cover it fully
  10. Once coating is complete then coat with bread grams
  11. Heat an oil leave baby corn Bombs into oil
  12. Fri well as well once get golden colour take out tissue paper cut by half baby corn
  13. Take a serving plate place baby corn serve with green chutney,tomato ketchup

My Tip:

Once bread grams coated is done then keep the baby corn in refrigerator at 15 min ..it gives crispy ness
