Ingredients Serving: 7

  1. 500 gm baby corn
  2. 1 chopped onion
  3. 1 capsicum
  4. 1/2 tsp garlic paste
  5. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  6. Soya sauce 1 tsp
  7. 2 tbsp corn flour
  8. 2 tbsp rice flour
  9. Salt as per taste
  10. Tomato sauce 1 tbsp
  11. 1/4 tsp ajinomoto
  12. Oil as required
  13. Ching's Chinese masala 1/2 tsp


  1. Wash the baby corn and boil it with some salt. Then strain and cut it lengthwise.
  2. Marinate it with corn flour, rice flour and a few drops of soya sauce and a little garlic paste.
  3. Then heat a kadai on flame and deep fry it step by step.
  4. Fry all this, then put in the chopped onion and saute, then add in the capsicum.
  5. Add in the salt, garlic paste, 1/2 tsp soya sauce, 2 tbsp tomato sauce and add in the fried baby corn.
  6. Mix all this on a high flame and add in the red chilli powder and ajinomoto, then add in the 1/2 tsp of ching's masala.
  7. It is ready to be served.

Rewa Ji u can just add few drop of lemon juice ...N use Kashmiri mirch for nice colour

Hi Rajani. Want to know can Soya Sauce be skipped or is it necessary ?
