Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Baby corn 1 packet
  2. Bell pepper 1 chopped roughly
  3. 2 tbsp chilli paste
  4. 1 tsp soya sauce
  5. 3 tbsp oil
  6. 1 tsp corn flour
  7. 1 tsp ginger finely minced
  8. 1 tsp garlic finely minced
  9. 2 tbsp fine chopped spring onions
  10. 1 onion roughly chopped
  11. Salt to taste
  12. 2 tbsp ketchup


  1. Microwave the baby corn for 2 minutes keep aside
  2. Heat the pan add oil when oil is hot add chopped bell pepper fry until crisp remove place this on a tissue paper
  3. Now add baby corn do the same thing keep aside
  4. Meanwhile, mix corn flour in 2 tbsp water keep aside
  5. Same oil add ginger fry for 2 minutes then add garlic fry for 2 minutes or until brown in colour Now add onion stir add chilli paste salt fry till raw smell evaporate on a low flame adjust salt Now add fried baby corn and bell pepper stir well for 2 minutes
  6. Then add soya sauce and ketchup stir
  7. Now add corn flour mixture mixed in water stir until it coats well for 2 to 3 minutes on a low flame or until done switch off the flame
  8. Sprinkle spring onions.serve hot yummy baby corn Manchurian is ready.
