Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Babycorn- 250 gm
  2. Chopped ginger- 1 tsp
  3. Chopped garlic- 1 tbsp
  4. Chopped green chillies- 1 tsp
  5. Soy sauce- 1 tbsp
  6. Tomato sauce- 1/2 tbsp
  7. Vinegar- 1/2 tbsp
  8. Sugar- 1/2 tsp
  9. Cornflour- 1 tbsp
  10. Ajinamoto- 1/2 tsp
  11. Coarse black pepper- 1 tsp
  12. Salt as per taste
  13. Diced capsicum- 1/2 cup


  1. Cut the baby corns into 1.5 inches and blanch them in hot water for 5 minutes. Then strain.
  2. Marinate the above with salt, pepper, 1/2 of the chopped garlic, soy sauce and cornflour. Then deep fry them in hot oil and keep it aside.
  3. Heat a little oil, add in the chopped ginger, rest of the chopped garlic along with the rest of the ingredients and stir it well.
  4. Next add in the capsicum, fried angor and mix it well.
  5. Serve it hot.
