Ingredients to make JALEBI-N-RABDI

  • 1 cup maida
  • 1/2 cup sour curd
  • ghee as required for the
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 Cup water
  • a strong plastic pipping bag with little hole
  • RABDI-
  • 2 glass milk
  • 2tbsp khoya
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  • 3tbsp sugar or as per taste
  • 1 tbsp malai
  • pinch saffron strings
  • 2 tbsp almond flakes
  • 2 tsp rose water

How to make JALEBI-N-RABDI

  1. Jalebi- In a bowl add maida and dahi make smooth paste. Take it rest for 7_8 hours for fermentation
  2. In a pan add sugar and water. Make one string chashni. Now heat ghee and pour batter in plastic bag
  3. Pipe out batter in swirls shape Directly in hot ghee. Fry at low heat to golden brown
  4. Meanwhile soak the fried jalebi in chashni for 30 minutes. When serve the jalegi, take a plate decorate jalebi pour 1 tbsp rabdi and garnish with almond flakes and serve
  5. RABDI- In a pan or kadai roast khoya till melt only but remember don't change the colour. Add milk and stir continuously till half. Add sugar, malai and saffron give nice mix
  6. When it become thik add cardamom, rose water, almond flakes, black pepper. Cook for 2 minutes more and cool down. Keep in refrigerator to chill.
