Jalebi&Rabdi

Ingredients to make Jalebi&Rabdi

  • 200 gm refind flour
  • ghee for fry
  • 5 tbsp curd
  • saffron 10 threads
  • cardamom 2
  • sugar2 cup
  • water 2 cup
  • For rabdi:-
  • Milk 1 ltr.
  • Khoya 1/2 cup
  • sugar 1 cup
  • Almonds& pistachio chopped 1/2 cup

How to make Jalebi&Rabdi

  1. In a bowl add flour,curd,& required water.no lungs will be.keep it for 10 minutes
  2. Make sugar syrup from sugar& water.add cardamom & saffron in syrup
  3. In a bottle pour better .fry in ghee.
  4. After fry add in sugar syrup
  5. For rabdi:- boil milk .when it reduce add crumble khoya
  6. Stir it for2 minutes
  7. Add sugar .cook till thick
  8. Cool it & garnish with almonds& pistachio.

My Tip:

You can avoid khoya.use only condensed milk
