Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 cup refined flour ( maida)
  2. 1 cup semolina (rava)
  3. 1 cup sugar
  4. 1 tbsp backing pd
  5. 1 tbsp cardamom pd
  6. Oil
  7. 1 cup rabdi
  8. Some dry fruits
  9. 1 cup milk


  1. In a bowl, add semolina, maida, backing pd and make thin batter with milk.
  2. Rest it for 15 minutes.
  3. Now prepare for sugar syrup, for this
  4. In a vessel add a cup of sugar and a cup of water and make sugar syrup.
  5. There is no need of string. Only prepare sugar syrup.
  6. Now after 15 min malpua batter is set.
  7. Now heat a pan,add oil then with the help of spoon, fry all malpuas.
  8. And after fried dip all the malpua in sugar syrup for 2 minutes.
  9. Now serve on a plate then spread rabdi over the malpuas.
  10. And spread chopped dry fruits over it.
  11. Rabdi malpua is ready to serve.
