Ingredients to make Fried Indori Garadu

  • Garadu 1 medium size
  • oil for frying
  • Jiralu powder 2 tbsn
  • salt to taste
  • lemon juice 2 tpsn
  • coriander leaves handful

How to make Fried Indori Garadu

  1. Peel the skin from the garadu slice them into round circles
  2. Heat oil in a kadai, slide in the garadu slices and fry them both side till brown in low flame.
  3. Remove the fried garadu and transfer it to a kitchen towel.
  4. To the hot fried garadu add the jiralu masala ,salt and lemon juic and mix it.Garnish with coriander Serve them hot
