Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Spinach puree 2 to 3 tbsps
  2. Grated boiled potatoes 2 nos
  3. Boiled corn 2 spoons
  4. Boiled peas 2 spoons
  5. Bread soaked n squeezed 1
  6. Cornflour 1 spoon
  7. ggc paste 1tsp
  8. salt to taste
  9. red chilli pwd
  10. garam masala a pinch
  11. aamchur 1 tsp
  12. Half cut kaju to apply on tikki.

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients.
  2. Shape into kebabs n apply kaju.
  3. Coat with suji.
  4. Deep fry till golden.
  5. Serve hot.
