Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Rice 1 cup
  2. Coconut milk 11/2 cup
  3. To grind
  4. 1 bunch coriander
  5. Hand ful of pudina leaves
  6. Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  7. Garlic 6pods
  8. Ginger 1 small piece
  9. Coriander powder 1 tsp
  10. Green chilly 5 to7
  11. Oil
  12. Elachi 2
  13. Cloves 3
  14. Cinnamon 1 stick
  15. Onion 1
  16. Salt
  17. Lemon juice 2tsp
  18. Paneer cubes 15

Instructions

  1. Take heavy bottom pan or nonstick pan
  2. Add ghee
  3. Add ghee roast the paneer and dip into warm water
  4. Soak rice For 20 mins
  5. Grind all the ingredients
  6. Heat a pan add elachi,cloves,cinnamin
  7. Add onion and fry
  8. Add paste and fry in a low flame
  9. Add rice
  10. Add coconut milk or water
  11. Add salt
  12. Cook 5 mins
  13. Close the lid cook 15 mins in a very low Flame
  14. Add paneer and lemon juice and serve with papad or raita
