Rice flour spinach roti can be a wholesome breakfast and can be prepared easily.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Two cups rice flour
  2. 3 to 4 tablespoon chick pea flour
  3. Finely chopped onions
  4. Chopped spinach leaves
  5. few dry mehti(fenugreek)leaves(optional)
  6. Few sesame seeds
  7. salt as per taste
  8. cooking oil
  9. Little water

Instructions

  1. Take rice flour in bowl and add all ingredients finely chopped onions,green chillies,few fenugreek leaves to it
  2. Add chopped spinach,sesame seeds and salt as per taste.Add 3 to 4 tablespoon chickpea flour and mix everything
  3. Now add very little water and make a firm dough(Dough consistency should be like we must be able to spread on butter paper)Dont add more water
  4. Take some polythene sheet and apply little oil to it
  5. Take small portion of the dough and make small round ball.Place ball on sheet and slowly spread with hands by applying little oil on hands(First flatten to small circle)
  6. Now after forming small circle on sheet transfer polythene sheet on to baking paper as shown in my image and again roll using rolling pin by applying very little pressure
  7. Heat the pan and keep ready. Now remove polythene cover slowly
  8. Now transfer baking paper containing rolled dough on to pan by reversing paper
  9. once heated you can easily loosen baking paper from pan without breaking dough
  10. Cook the roti by adding few drops of oil on all edges.Once one side gets roasted flip and cook on other side too.serve roti with curd

Nice one . Can I suggest something. Make batter by adding wheat flour instead of chick pea flour. You will get nice pancakes , means not difficult to handle.
