ABOUT Moong Methi Dosa RECIPE

Healthy dosa made using fenugreek leaves and moong dal

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 250gm fenugreek leaves
  2. 1 cup soaked and grinded Moong dal
  3. 2 garlic cloves
  4. 3 green chilies
  5. 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  6. 4 leaves of mint
  7. 1/2 tsp grated ginger
  8. Salt
  9. Oil to drizzle
  10. 1/2 cup Grated Paneer (Adjust)

Instructions

  1. Make paste using moong dal,fenugreek leaves,chopped coriander leaves,mint,chilies,grated ginger,salt,garlic . Add water to make a dosa like batter
  2. Spread it evenly on hot tava , drizzle some oil on it, sprinkle grated paneer on top of one side until its crisp golden brown.
  3. Fold Dosa and serve hot with chutney or sauce
